Emotional Intelligence is the capacity to recognize and effectively manage emotions in ourselves and with others. Emotional intelligence increases our ability to make good decisions, build relationships, deal with stress, and cope with change.

Our mental health attitude, motivation and dedication will determine the effectiveness of our performance. As such, our ability to manage ourselves has direct impact on our performance and interaction with the others.

This 2 day workshop invites participants to explore and discover possibilities and opportunity that bring mental health awareness to them to build and create positive impact, to develop their own EQ, Enhance self-awareness, empathy, and social skills to navigate interpersonal relationships effectively. Highlight the importance of taking care of mental health for a healthier relationship with self, others, and work.

Skills and concepts from Neuro-Linguistic Programming are integrated into this workshop to equip participants with the techniques to work on the intrapersonal and interpersonal dimensions of emotional intelligence.
