Change will only occur when each individual involved is ready, and willing, to do something different. Managing the mechanics of delivering change is just one aspect of change management. Equally important, is recognising and dealing with the emotional fallout that is inevitable during change. Supporting people through the ups and downs of this journey enables them to make the personal transformation necessary to make organisational change effective.
This 2 day workshop is designed using NLP techniques for leaders to manage change successfully within their organisation. When combined with their own unique skills and experience, the result will be a highly practical and applicable consultancy skill set. In particular, they’ll develop their structured thinking and planning skills.

Learning Methodology
In this Experiential program, we adopt a coaching and facilitative approach through interactive workshops, self-assessments, group activities and simulations.
It is very important to engage the participants in reviewing their own outcome and so the activities are designed to illustrate key issues that the participants are facing in Managing Change.
