Typically, in any organization, the non-executives and executives in middle management provide important support services in an organization. Their responsibility often requires them to interact with colleagues within their respective departments and in various departments. Their duties and responsibilities tend to be routine, hence demanding on their patience and perseverance.

Their attitude, motivation and dedication will determine the effectiveness of their performance. As such, their ability to manage themselves has direct impact on their performance and interaction. They are required to develop a self-management system where they will be responsible for their results.

This 2-day program will explore and bring awareness to the participants to build and create positive impact which will help them to realize the importance of their duty and ways of dealing with themselves, their tasks and those around them, in a positive manner. They will also be equipped with tools that will help them balance personal and professional commitments as well as effectively manage their personal development within the organization.

Emphasis will be placed on the influence skills using NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) principles and techniques which anyone can learn and developed a powerful Sales closing skills.
