Training Methodology

In this program, coaching & facilitative approach will be adopted through interactive workshops. Topics will be presented by a series of short lectures, group discussions. self-assessments, group activities and simulations.

Each participant will be video taped during presentations which will then be further used for evaluation, Group discussions will offer additional feedback.
